| 伴随着社会经济的迅猛发展，人们对公共就业服务的需求仅靠政府力量已难以满足，政府向社会力量购买公共就业服务已经成为一种现实需要。当前，政府购买公共就业服务已经成为促进大学生就业的重要路径之一。本文对我国政府为大学生购买公共就业服务中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出合理选择购买项目、正确选择服务承接者、形成政府与社会力量的良性互动、建立科学公正的监督评估体系等路径思考，以期为推动我国政府购买公共就业服务，促进大学生就业提供有益的启示。 |

| With rapid development of social economy, the public employment service by only government support cannot meet people's requirement, therefore it has been a practical needs that government begin to purchase public employment service from social force. Currently, purchasing public employment service from social force has been one of important approaches for promoting college students employment. This paper analyzed the problems in purchasing public employment service including proper selection of purchase items, correct selection of service takers, positive interaction between government and social force, establishment of scientific and just supervision and assessment system, all of which can promote the project of government purchase public employment service from social force, and provide enlightenment for government promotion of college students employment. |
