文章被批得一文不值。顺便求好发的土地资源管理领域的SCI。

之前投了Land use policy，一审了1个多月就有结果了：拒绝。 仔细看了一下审稿意见，第二个审稿人把文章批得一文不值，最后还说了这些： The paper are worthless in "technical" grounds too. The exercise of so-called GIS based spatial analysis is so premature and simple that many undergrads could do it. The paper is full of statements that reflect nothing but imagination. For instance, "land-use standards are a reasonable basis for using land" (page 2, line 59). Are any land use standards reasonable? Hard to believe any respected scholars will make this kind of statement. The many Chinese papers cited in the paper are full of their own fundamental flaws and the author(s) clearly are unable to identify them. 而且还说中国：Like the moon, China's policy has different appearances between the first and fifteenth days of lunar months. 我文章只是关于土地政策的，不是其他政策。 最后求助关于土地资源管理方面的，好投好发的SCI，谢谢！ |
