投稿后杂志社回复： Dear Sir, Now we have too many papers this is first , second we have to mix papers in issue having respect for affiliation, university, country, subject and etc This is decision of Editorial Board and sometimes we publish earlier. We can accept your paper for review processes and evntual publication but we have to inform authors about waiting time. Assistant Editor MJ Szmyd 麻烦群里面的大牛给解释一下，什么意思？ |
