国际会议学生注册

最近投了个会议，注册信息是这样的Each Paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. The conference policy requires that at least one author of a paper pay a full "member or non-member" registration fee. Full registration permits one co-authored final paper leading to have one presentation only. Additional papers may be uploaded for an additional fee. Student registrants may not upload final papers, unless the registrant is the first author. Other reduced rate registrants are not entitled to upload papers. 这句话Student registrants may not upload final papers, unless the registrant is the first author.是不就是说如果学生是第一作者，就可以按照学生注册，论文也可以上传收录，而不需要注册为"member or non-member" registration。 |
