土壤固化剂的制备研究
摘要:土壤固化剂作为一种新型的土体加固材料,有很好的应用前景。本文以生石灰、SH粉、UEA膨胀剂为固体份,以明矾、烧碱、水玻璃溶于水配成液体份制成双组分固化剂P1和P2,并和已有商品固化剂PX1和PX2进行性能比较,并讨论了相对较优的施工工艺参数。结果表明P2表现出与 PX2相当的固土性能,而其28d抗压强度达2.88MPa,略优于PX2,证明碱激发剂明显地提高了土壤固化剂的固土性能。

Study on  preparation of soil stabilizer
Abstract:As a new reinforcement material for clay, soil stabilizer met a bright foreground of application. Two-component curing agent P1 and P2 were prepared in this paper, using quicklime, SH powder and UEA expansion agent as solid content and the mixed aqueous solution of alum, soda and sodium silicate as liquid content. And then their  performance is compared with current curing agent PX1 and PX2. Relatively better process parameters have been found out.  The results shows that the soil-reinforcement of P2 is similar to PX2, and its  compressive strength in 28 days is 2.88MPa, which is slightly stronger than PX2. This study demonstrates that alkali-activator can obviously improve the curing properties of soil stabilizer.
