请问chemical engineering transactions是个什么层次的期刊？

| 现在被WOS收录，看起来不是SCI或者SCIE收录，应该是ISTP收录，但是在researchgate上有影响因子，大概1.03，请问这个现在是个什么层次的期刊 |
