题目:深井/超深井双作用强侧切开窗钻头设计加工技术研究 摘要:针对深井/超深井套管开窗侧钻中套管壁厚且强度高、岩石可钻性差、钻头切削齿极易先期钝化导致的开窗效率低/开窗失败的问题,创新性研究设计出一种双作用强侧切开窗钻头。设计中考虑了开窗钻头钻进的稳定性及载荷分布的均匀性,钻头冠部设计为内锥-双圆弧面,采用“等切削、等功率与等磨损”布齿理念和“螺旋高低交错”布齿规律,满足既能高效侧切金属又能快速切削岩石的设计目标;通过专有加工工艺技术的研究,完成了该新型钻头的加工试制。现场实际应用结果表明,研制的双作用强侧切开窗钻头能很好的适应深井/超深井硬地层的开窗侧钻作业。 |

Title: Analysis on the design and processing technique of dual-use & strong side-cutting fenestration drill for drilling deep well and super deep well Abstract: In the window sidetracking drilling for deep well and super deep well, the low efficiency and possible failure in window drilling are mainly due to the high thickness and strength of casing wall, poor drillability of rock and the high possibility of initial passivation of drill cutting teeth. As a result, in this paper a dual-use and strong side cutting fenestration drill was designed by innovative research. To design such a drill, the stability of drill and the homogeneity of load distribution were considered, and the head of drill was designed to be an inner cone - double circular arc surface. The drill teeth were designed according to the concept of “uniform cutting, uniform power, and uniform abrasion” , and were distributed in the spiral and staggered pattern, which can meet the purpose of both efficient metal side-cutting and rock cutting; Through analyzing the specialized processing technique, the processing test of this new-type drill was conducted. The on-site practical application results showed that the designed fenestration drill with characteristics of dual-use and strong side cutting possesses the adaptability in window sidetracking drilling the hard formation of deep well and super deep well. 希望多多交流www.once-translation.com |
