关于elsevier投稿时的under review和required reviews completed状态说明 已有5人参与

看到老板信箱中别人投稿ATE过程中，ATE编辑给发的邮件。 先说下自己的理解： 对于ATE来说，只要状态有变化，编辑就会给邮件说明。这个期刊的Under review的意思是有审稿人同意审稿了，而RRC的意思是已经收到能让编辑对文章做出评估的最少数量的意见。如果出现了意见相左的情况，编辑会额外找一个审稿人，同时稿件状态会短暂的变回under review。个人猜想，即使只有一个意见，但足以让编辑参考做决定，也会是RRC状态，如果编辑真的需要两个意见的话，是不会修改状态到RRC的。 供大家参考： Dear Prof. XXXXX I am pleased to inform you that the status of your submission has now progressed to: 'Required reviews complete'. This status means that I have received the minimum number of required reviews, which I will now evaluate in order to make a decision on your paper. If the current reviews conflict with one another or are not detailed enough, I may need to seek the opinion of another reviewer to make a fair and informed conclusion about your paper. For this reason the status of your paper may change back to 'under review' for a short period of time. As soon as the final editor's decision can be made, you will be notified via email.
