Cancelations/Refunds
Delegates who cancel their registration due to special circumstances more than 60 days before the start of the meeting and do not have a paper published in the proceedings will receive a complete refund minus the list price of the conference proceedings and €100 administration charge. Fees remain payable in full for cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the meeting, even if the delegate is unable to attend or send a representative. On receipt of the fees, a copy of the proceedings will be provided. Delegates who cancel their registration and whose papers are published in the proceedings will receive a copy of the proceedings in lieu of their registration fees being refunded. We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this conference you apply as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please notice that we will endeavour to assist you in obtaining a visa but the responsibility is yours and the decision rests solely with the appropriate Embassy.
