Proceedings on USB Flash Drive) ?780 ?890 ?500 Registered delegates who are unable to collect the proceedings at the conference will receive a copy after the conference on a USB Flash Drive. Proceedings Format * Please indicate the format in which you wish to receive the conference proceedings: Hardback Book USB Flash Drive (Please note that the USB option will also contain papers from previous conferences in the series) Additional Options Open Access Your paper will be permanently and openly accessible through the Wessex Institute eLibrary. You will also receive complimentary access for one year to the entire WIT eLibrary. Fees remain payable in full for cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the meeting, even if the delegate is unable to attend or send a representative. On receipt of the fees, a copy of the proceedings will be provided. Delegates who cancel their registration and whose papers are published in the proceedings will receive a copy of the proceedings in lieu of their registration fees being refunded. We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this conference you apply as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please notice that we will endeavour to assist you in obtaining a visa but the responsibility is yours and the decision rests solely with the appropriate Embassy.
