| 正常肝细胞7702和肝癌细胞HepG-2在培养瓶中正常生长，24小时（对数增长期）后以5×103细胞/孔铺到96孔板中，并在含有10μM色氨酸的1640培养基中培养24小时，取出上清培养基，每孔加入5 μM 荧光物，与细胞共孵育1小时，弃去上清，PBS洗两遍后，按照分组情况向各孔加入条件培养基（最初的上清培养基原液及8倍稀释液），每组三个副孔，在紫外荧光显微镜下观察拍照，再向各孔加入100μM H2O2，30分钟后观察荧光激活情况并拍照记录。 |

| Normal liver cells and hepatoma cells HepG-2 7702 normal growth in culture flasks, 24 hours (logarithmic growth period) to 5 x 103 cells / well spread to the 96 well plate, and in the 10 M contains 1640 tryptophan medium for 24 hours, remove the supernatant of culture medium, adding 5 M per hole the fluorescent compounds, and the cells were incubated for 1 hours, discard supernatant, PBS wash two times, according to the grouping to each hole to join the conditioned medium (the original supernatant culture medium solution and 8 times dilution), each of three side holes, observed and photographed in UV fluorescence microscope, then add 100 M H2O2 to the hole, 30 minutes after the fluorescence was observed and photographed activation. |
