电力系统和国民经济各部门有很密切的关系，但在电力系统运行中时常会发生各种故障，其中大多数为短路故障。短路故障对电力系统的正常运行和电气设备有很大的危害，甚至会造成人员伤亡。为了保证安全供电和系统的正常运行，在电力系统中装有不同类型的过电流保护装置。在一般电力系统中，主要采用带时限的过电流保护和瞬时动作的电流速断保护。本文分析了电力系统常用的带时限过电流保护和瞬时动作的电流速断保护的组成和基本原理，完成保护的整定和校验。针对其在整定校验中存在的问题，提出了复合电压闭锁过电流保护方案，满足了电力系统过电流保护灵敏度的要求。利用对称分量法对发生不对称短路故障时三相电压、电流的变化情况进行数学分析计算，组成整套复合电压闭锁过电流保护装置，设计保护电路和弹簧操纵机构高压断路器的控制电路，利用matlab软件仿真单相短路故障并检测负序电压。 关键词：电力系统 不对称短路 过电流保护 复合电压 matlab仿真 |

| The electrical power system and national economy various departments have the very close relationship, but will often break down each kind in the electrical power system movement, majority for short trouble. The short trouble has the very big harm to electrical power system's normal operation and the electrical equipment, will cause the personnel casualty. In order to guarantee that the safe power supply and system's normal operation, has the different type in the electrical power system Chinese dress the current protection. In the common electrical power system, mainly uses the belt time limit the current protection and the instantaneous movement electricity speed of flow breaks the protection. This article has analyzed the electrical power system commonly used belt time limit current protection and the instantaneous movement electricity speed of flow breaks the protection the composition and the basic principle, completes the protection the installation and the verification. In view of it the question which exists in the installation verification, proposed the compound voltage block system current protection plan, has satisfied the electrical power system current protection sensitivity request. Using the method of symmetrical components to has when the asymmetrical short trouble the three-phase voltage, the electric current change situation carries on the mathematical analysis computation, the composition whole set compound voltage block system current protection, the design protection circuit and the spring control mechanism high pressure circuit breaker's control circuit, and examines the negative sequence voltage using the matlab software simulation single-phase short trouble.
