Two surfactant molecules are defined to be in the same cluster if the distance between their centers of mass, Rcom is smaller than a certain cutoff distance which we call Ragg. On the basis of visual inspection of the CLUS2 trajectory (which shows occasions where the two surfactant molecules disaggregate) we find Ragg to be within the range 1.0 nm < Ragg <1.4 nm. A value of Ragg 1.2 nm was used for the analysis, but the results do not depend significantly on the precise choice of Ragg within the indicated range.
