1基本内容
标准的求职简历主要由四个基本内容组成：
基本情况：姓名、性别、出生日期、婚姻状况和联系方式等。
教育背景：按时间顺序列出初中至最高学历的学校、专业和主要课程。所参加的各种专业知识和技能培训。
工作经历：按时间顺序列出参加工作至今所有的就业记录，包括公司/单位名称、职务、就任及离任时间，应该突出所任每个职位的职责、工作性质等，此为求职简历的精髓部分。
其他：个人特长及爱好、其他技能、专业团体、著述和证明人等。
2制作要素
精简
一般人事部门的经理往往会收到堆积如山的简历，他们根本没有太多的时间仔细看一份漫长的简历。如果你寻求一个专业或技术职位，写上一两页的简历是正常的。一位忙碌的人事经理根本无暇顾及你那份超过两页的简历，而简短的简历往往又比冗长的简历难写。所以你可以将写出来的漫漫简历尽量压缩，使之简短有力。
2.1关注条件
对于用人单位来说，简历是第一关， 面试才是第二关。在简历中，人事经理往往会侧重于观察简历是否已经达到了招聘条件，如果达到了则会考虑通知当事人来面试 。所以，在写简历时一定要关注对方的招聘条件，并在自己所写的简历中努力达到对方所要求的水平。这样他们就会通知你去面试 了。
2.2表达能力
毕业生个人简历制作时一定要尽情地表现你自己，而不是别人。在你的个人简历中展现你的技能，并用你自己取得的成果证明它们。如果你写作表达能力差，最好请写作能力比较强的人帮忙，你可以通过自己口述的方式让别人边听边写，用合适的词来描述你自己。另外写简历不必拘泥于格式：简历是你自己的简历，所以不管你写什么，只要看着合情合理就行。简历最好就是实话实说的表现自己，过高的虚夸或者是过于谦虚都不好。
2.3关注要点
在个人简历中，你千万不要简单地列举你所干过的职务。一定要重点强调你的特别技能以及所取得的成就和证书，就是一份简单的简历也应这样写。别过分谦卑：像面试一样，你的简历不能太谦卑。
