[交流] 全奖博士招生信息(新泽西理工学院) 计算机科学

PhD position at New Jersey Institute of Technology (USA)

RA positions are available starting Fall 2015 with Prof. Yi Chen ( http://web.njit.edu/~ychen/) in the College of Computing Sciences (http://ccs.njit.edu/) at NJIT for PhD students who are interested in developing advanced technologies in the areas of database, data mining and information retrieval for big data analysis in healthcare and business applications. Some ongoing research projects include information discovery from heterogeneous large-scale databases, recommendation that balances relevance and profit in computational advertising; analysis of supply network dynamics; and social media mining for knowledge discovery. Projects are currently sponsored by/in collaboration with National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, the Leir Foundation, Forbes, and Mcgraw Hill Financial.

Highly motivated students with strong problem solving skills, solid computer science background and substantial programming skills are encouraged to join our exciting research.
