We considered the first hydrogen molecule adsorbed at different sites around the Li atom.
adsorbed at/on different sites均可。
如果你在写论文，一般不用We consider的说法，如果以We开头，多用We believe， We suspect等。更好的说法是：
It is believed that...., It is supposed that..., it is speculated that......, 或者：
It is reasonable to believe/suppose/speculate/suspect.....
