MS提交过渡态搜索时提示“Please ensure that a trajectory document is active” 已有1人参与

在优化好的结构上，想搜索过渡态， 1、利用DMol3中的Ts search，然后保存计算文件时提示“This calculation requires a trajectory document to be used. DMol3 uses structures from different frames of the trajectory. Please ensure that a trajectory document is active, and try again” 2、利用DMol3中的TS optimation, 保存计算文件时提示“No normal mode information could be found on the model.Please ensure that a normal mode has been selected and try again.” 这两个提示都是什么意思？需要怎么改正？ 谢谢! |
