不同杂交棉品种叶片叶绿素含量比较叶绿素含量降低预示叶片衰老的开始,其含量下降的快则表明衰老进程快、衰老程度加深 。由表 1可见,各品种主茎叶随叶龄增加其叶绿素含量变化趋势基本一致,先是随叶龄增加而增加,08-24日达最高,以后随叶龄增加而下降,表明衰老开始。不同品种比较,差异在后期,豫杂 35和中棉 39的显著高于其它品种的,衰老较慢。

Compared among different hybridized cottons, the content of chlorophyll indicates that leaves begin to fade. Moreover the faster the content of chlorophyll decrease, the shorter the fading process is and the higher the fading speed is. Seen from table 1, the varying trends of the contents of chlorophyll of all kinds cottons listed in the table are similar with the aging of leaves on the mother stem. Firstly, they rise with the aging of leaves and reach the peak value on 24th 2008. Then they drop with the aging of leaves to show that they begin to fade. Compared among different kinds, the difference occurs during final time, and the contents of chlorophyll of yuza 35 and zhongmian 39 are obviously higher than that of others to show that they fade slower.
