2015年度IEEE 信号处理、通信和计算国际会议(2015 International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2015))将于2015年9月19日至22日在桂林召开。该次会议是由IEEE西安分会和IEEE香港分会联合举办，会议将邀请国际知名专家做大会报告、及有影响专家学者做专题报告，会议将对当前国际学术发展的前沿进行研讨交流，欢迎相关专业的科技工作者积极参与，大力支持。

2015年IEEE国际信号处理、通信和计算大会(ICSPCC 2015)将于2015年9月19-22日在中国浙江宁波举行。本次大会由IEEE 西安分会和IEEE 香港分会联合举办，其目的在于汇集来自世界各地的专家学者及工程师共同研讨信号处理、通信和计算领域的新理论、技术和应用，并提供大会报告、专题学术报告及新技术研讨。
The 2015 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2015) will be held in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, in September 19-22, 2015. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.
宁波是一座拥有7000年历史的文明城市，自古以来是商贾聚集之地，简称“甬”。宁波位于中国东部沿海中段，长江三角洲南部和浙江省的东部。城市的口号是“书藏古今，港通天下”。它拥有大量旅游景点如天一馆、老外滩、溪口、河姆渡等，其中佛教圣地普陀山峨嵋距离宁波70公里，离杭州仅仅1小时高铁路程。
Ningbo, a famous historic civilization city with 7000 years history, has gathered merchants and celebrities since ancient times.  Ningbo, called “Yong” for short, is located midway on the eastern coast of China, in the South of the Yangtze River Delta and the east part of Zhejiang province. City Slogan is “A City of Culture and a Gateway to the World”. It has a large number of famous tourism attractions like Tianyi Pavilion, Lao Waitan (The old bund), Xikou，Tengtou Ecologic Tourist Attraction and etc. Putuoshan is the world famous Buddhist Island, 70 Km from Ningbo. You can also take a side trip to Hangzhou with only one hour high speed train travelling.

ICSPCC 2015会议论文集将由IEEE出版，收录在IEEE Xplore, 并被EI Compendex 全文检索。
