QIIME 软件的安装

NSTALLATION: -------------- * Unzip the downloaded file in the command line using tar *Open a terminal, and cd to the MacQIIME_xxx directory containing the install.s script and the macqiime/ subdirectory. * Run ./install.s (Run as a normal user, but it will ask you for your sudo password when needed.) Wait 2 minutes... You have now installed QIIME on your Mac! * When you open a new terminal session, you can source the macqiime env variables like this: $ macqiime And then you can use QIIME commands normally. For example, to get the help info for align_seqs.py $ align_seqs.py -h Or, to generate the tutorial results data the fast way: $ cp -R /macqiime/QIIME/qiime_tutorial ~/ $ cd ~/qiime_tutorial/ $ ./qiime_tutorial_commands_serial.sh * You can delete the unzipped MacQIIME_1.8.0_xxx installation package/folder, once you've successfully installed it. 软件安装说明如上，但是因为不熟悉Mac中的终端运行，求指导，每一步该如何进行呢？特别是第一步，这个解压文件该怎么运行呢，貌似不能直接用解压软件打开。 |
