怎么撤回撤稿信 已有1人参与

投《Infrared Physics & Technology》4个多月了，一直处于“under review”的状态，就发了个催稿信，结果....一个多礼拜都没人搭理！~ 然后打算改投个期刊，就参考撤稿信模板发了个撤稿信，结果...过了两天，稿件状态变成“accept”了. 现在怎么给编辑发邮件，说明不用撤稿了？！急求各位大侠指点啊！如果方便的话，帮忙给个模板参考一下，我英文表达能力不好。 参考的撤稿信模板如下： Dear Editor, Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a manuscript entitled "***" (Ref. No.: ***) to your journal 4 months ago. However, we have not yet received your decision on our manuscript till now. In this period, some new great results were discovered, and also some statements on the formation mechanism mentioned in this manuscript are not completely right, so after carefully thinking, we are going to rearrange this manuscript and try to give more precise model. Thus we decided to withdraw this manuscript with great pity. Of course, after re-preparation, in your journal you will find this lovely manuscript,and we hope it comes soon. We sincerely say sorry for all the staffs involved this manuscript, including editor, reviewers, etc. because of our action. Thank you very much for your time and kind consideration. |
