| The author gives us a numerical simulation on the air motion outside the tube about circular tube, elliptical tube and dropwise tube, making comparisons on the heat transfer function of three different heat exchangers. Then the author gets the conclusion that the air motion and comprehensive heat transfer function of the dropwise tube are the best, then comes the elliptical tube, and the lest one is circular tube. Then the author making analysis by the field synergy principle and verify the conclusion. According to the heat exchange performance analysis standard, the author defines the dimensionless parameter N0. to evaluate the heat transfer function of heat exchange surface, and reaches a similar conclusion with field synergy principle. |
