[交流] The longer people spend preparing meals, the worse their health becomes.

Possible reasons include home chefs being extra generous with unhealthy ingredients such as butter and salt and feeling they have to eat more because of the time and effort that went into preparation.
Frequenting tasting of food as it is being prepared can lead to pounds creeping on over time.
The women who spent the longest cooking and clearing up meals were more likely to develop metabolic syndrome, the journal Preventive Medicine reports.
it is important to cook healthily, not just frequently.

i have some different opinions about cooking ，we could find lots of fat people whose obesity are just the result of unhealthy life style such as eating too much，lacking proper exercises····· preparing food is not the main reason that leads to obesity，maybe you could meet a handsome boy in “新东方技校” whose major is chef someday。cooking dinner is an indispensable culture of China，i thought the Chinese food is the most delicious food in the world and i am very proud of the excellent cooking skills。i hope we can value and carry forward it， indeed it involves some unhealthy things but we could minimize it by using the modern cooking equipment ，just like what you have said “it is important to cook healthily ”
