各位虫哥虫姐们好! 小弟的文章才投了没几天就被打回来了，收到了编辑部发回的文章，但实在是不晓得哪里出现了问题，所以就来这里求助，还望高手们一步一步的指点，我就这么多金币，全悬赏了，邮件内容如下： Dear XXX Your submission entitled "The study XXXXXXXXXXXXX" has been received by Critical Care Medicine, but correction(s) to meet the Journal\'s preferred format is required before the manuscript can be processed. Please address the following concerns and resubmit your paper: Please be sure the following information is included on the title page of your manuscript: A) the title B) first name, middle initial and last name of each author C) highest academic degrees, fellowship designations and institutional affiliation for each author D) name of the institution where the work was performed E) the address for reprints and a statement regarding whether reprints will be ordered F) financial support used for the study, including any institutional departmental funds G) corresponding author name, address, phone, and e-mail H) six key words for indexing. Please log onto Editorial Manager as an author. The URL is http://ccmed.edmgr.com/. Go to the menu item "Submissions Sent Back To Author" to locate the submission. You may then view your submission, edit your submission, re-build the PDF, and approve the changes. After this process, the submission will be returned to the journal office for review.
