本人申请了爱荷华大学春季博士。最近收到如下邮件： We are pleased to notify you that you have been recommended for admission to The University of Iowa Graduate College for study in the PhD program in Industrial Engineering for the 2015 spring session. We are delaying the issuance of your Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20A-B or DS-2019) because we have not received adequate verification of your financial resources. Please refer to https://www.uiowa.edu/admissions/graduate/costs/index.html for an explanation of projected expenses for a year of study at the University of Iowa. Also required are official translated and untranslated academic records and degree certificates from Tongji University. We hope that you will be able to make the necessary arrangements to enroll at The University of Iowa.
