IJSS 投稿界面出问题，登陆不上怎么回事？如下，我的浏览器也正常，比较新已有1人参与

The Solution: Use one of the links below to download the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome The Problem: We have detected that your cookies are not enabled.
