Career planning after graduation

Most of the students after graduation from the university should be to the workplace. Face graduated from college, is out of work, how to find a satisfactory job? Should do for their future career planning? So I think graduates need career planning. Medium-term plan five years after graduating from college, I hope I can better adapt to the work environment, and constantly learning with other social knowledge, connections, etc, to strengthen accumulation, with good relations at the same time, two years, hope I can have the chances of promotion. I hope that through our efforts for a period of time, when I see your progress, and ready for new challenges, I will choose a suitable opportunity, starting my own business, go my own way.
