This book is a great place to learn the basics of Gallium Nitride and related semiconductors. I have been looking around for awhile for such a book and I thought I would never find such a book! Until now! Being in the academic field, it can be difficult to find such specialized books that cover highly specialized topics such as Gallium Nitride. If you have a basic semiconductors and devices background, you will definitely learn a lot from this book.
