本文采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)活性聚合方法,利用大分子引发剂,以甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯为单体首先合成末端带有双键,分子量分布较窄的大分子单体,并将季铵化的大分子单体进一步与丙烯酰胺共聚合成了高分子梳形结构的QPDMAM。本文讨论了QPDMAM的合成原理,单体提纯,合成路线,共聚物组成控制及引发剂用量和单体配比对共聚物合成的影响,通过改变不同的引发条件,合成了一系列的QPDMAM。采用红外光谱和核磁共振谱图对聚合产物的结构分析,明确了共聚产物的结构,即阳离子大分子单体和丙烯酰胺单体发生了共聚反应。
利用二氧化钛模拟废水研究了合成物质在水中的絮凝性能,并讨论了不同温度,PH,共存离子,用量等条件下的影响,同时,运用极化曲线法、电化学阻抗法(EIS)等方法研究了QPDMQM于1mol•L-1盐酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀作用,用SEM观察了添加PDTMP前后碳钢表面的腐蚀形貌。为水处理絮凝剂的开发利用提供了有价值的应用基础研究。
