Proxy Lists Format & Specific Rules

The standard format for posting any proxy type is: IP Address: Port (Example: 255.255.255.255:3128). Don't post country or anything else next to each proxy.
Always validate your lists before posting. Remove duplicates and non-working proxies. State in the post which tools you have used for testing/scanning (Examples: ProxyChecker V7, AA-Tools, Charon, etc.). Lists with 40% (or more) non-working proxy servers will be trashed. Offender will receive warnings.
Lists with proxies that support the HTTP and FTP connect method, as well as socks on uncommon ports will be moved to the OTHER PROXY TYPES area, even if the poster does not have access to this forum.
Never mix socks on common and uncommon ports in the same list. Split your list, socks on port 1080 in one list, socks on any other port in another list. Make sure to mention in the title that you're posting uncommon ports so they can easily be identified.
Separate socks by protocol (4/4A/5) and specify the protocol in your post. Don't split lists based on protocol or location. For example, it is not allowed to post a list with socks 4 servers and another list with socks 5 servers. It is not allowed to post a list with proxies from Asia and another list with proxies from US, etc. Only one post for one proxy type is allowed per day, only in special situations you may post a second list within a day (for example you got late in the day another high quality list). Offenders will get warnings or lose $PE when getting caught!
Posting the same proxy lists or proxy lists which contain by more then 10% the same proxies over and over again will result in warnings and a possible ban: Post each proxy in your lists ONCE.
Separate anonymous from non-anonymous proxies. Do not mix anon with non-anon servers.
When posting lists, ALWAYS use the attachment function. Do NOT POST YOUR LIST DIRECTLY on the board.

有些值得学习和探讨！

1、发布代理只要代理不用加其他信息！
2、40%不能用的代理发布，示做垃圾
3、一切非通用端口代理要发布到其他代理类型区
4、socks通用端口1080不要和非通用端口混合发布
5、socks4和socks5代理不要分开发布
6、不允许区分亚洲和美国代理分别发布
7、10%有重复代理的发布要被警告或禁止
8、匿名和非匿名代理要分开发布
9、发布代理要用附件形式，不要直接发布
