1. All submitted papers MUST be written in English.
2. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.
3. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
4. Each paper should be at least 3 pages or longer.  
1、文章撰写语言为英语；       
2、文章涉及抄袭、伪造、一稿多投等学术不端行为或涉及到机密问题，责任由所有作者承担；
3、所由参会文章不得低于3个版面。

Conference schedule
Paper submission due to: January 5th, 2015
Acceptance notification: February 6th, 2015
Registration due to: February 16th, 2015
Attendance of the conference registration: February 6- February 8, 2015, Wuhan, Hubei, China.
