内容如下，翻译效果要地道、够味。 音乐对重症患者的心身调适作用：Meta分析 【摘要】 目的 通过荟萃分析现有音乐对重症患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的影响的文献资料，综合评价音乐的心身调适作用。方法 由2位研究人员独立进行文献检索，数据库包括中国知网、维普和万方数据库，检索主题为音乐对重症患者焦虑、抑郁等的干预作用；对纳入文献提取数据，进行Meta分析。检索策略由第一作者确定，文献检索、Meta分析中产生的分歧，由第三方予以裁定。 结果 共纳入11篇文献进行定量，研究性质均为随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示，焦虑3个量表的合并效应量加权均数差分别为，SAS：-10.08（95 %-CI：-14.10，-6.07），VAS：-0.73（95 %-CI：-1.21，-0.24），TAI：-3.72（95 %-CI：-5.14，-2.29），均提示音乐对焦虑情绪具有保护作用；抑郁量表SDS的合并加权均数差为-0.06（95 %-CI：-0.10，-0.02），提示音乐对抑郁情绪具有保护作用；孤独量表UCLA的合并加权均数差为：-6.24（95 %-CI：-8.62，-3.87），提示音乐对孤独情绪具有保护作用。结论 音乐对重症患者的焦虑、抑郁和孤独等不良情绪均有明显的保护作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】 ICU； 抑郁； 焦虑； 孤独； 音乐； Meta分析 |

music modification to patients: meta-analysis ABSTRACT: GOAL: By analyzing the materials about the influence that music contributes to the heavy patients and unheathy emotions like depression, to give a complex evaluation on the heart and soul modification of the music. METHODS: retrieving independently on the references by two researchers, database including the cnki, vp periodicals, and wanfang data. The retriving subjects contains the interference function of music preside over heavy patients on anxiety and depression; by extracting the collected data, and meta-anlysing. the retrieve strategedies are designated by the first author, the bifurcations in the paper retrival and meta-analysis were juristicated by a third party. RESULTS: Including 11 piece of papers and quantified the research by random comparing trials. the meta-analysis result shows that the weighted mean difference of the aggregation of 3 parameters of anxiety are respectively, SAS：-10.08（95 %-CI：-14.10，-6.07），VAS：-0.73（95 %-CI：-1.21，-0.24），TAI：-3.72（95 %-CI：-5.14，-2.29). All have cautions that the music have protecting against anxiety emotions, and depression parameters weighted value mean difference of aggregated SDS showed that the music have protecting against depression CONCLUSION: Music have protected the patients from anxiety, depression, and loneliness ,and other unhealthy emotions, it worth s to be populated. |
