how do u explain the peak of m/z 246, which seems to indicate [M-2Br] ? and how do u explain the strong peak of m/z 176, which may claim [M-2Br-2Cl] ? Therefore, I think the key point is to explain the fragmentation below m/z 176. From m/z 176 and 177, we could get the number of carbon is probably 14. m/z 75 gives the benzene ring has three branches without three hydrogen. Right? Also, m/z 123 you mentioned may be double-charged peak for m/z 246.
