[交流] how to improve your spoken english

as a worker who was graduated from school just one year, i gradually realized spoken english smoothly is very important ,but when we work at a company, we didn't have enough time to learning it, and also didn't have opportunity to spoken with others, so how to improve our spoken english, this is a headache thing.

You can choose a moive and see it for several times. Then you  begin to simulate the actors' tongue when you watch it. Maybe this can help.
