关于 hindered rotor的审稿意见！

我做的是一个化合物的分子内关环动力学反应，进行了结构优化，振动分析，用传统过渡态理论计算反应能垒，并得到反应速率常数。 关于审稿意见中的某些问题，想请教各位高手。如下为部分审稿意见表述： Therefore, in my opinion both of the reactants should be taken into account in the partition function calculation of the reactant and transition states and some version of multistructural rate constants (1D hindered rotor?) would be a more useful result that could provide insight into the kinetics of the system. 1.如何考虑反应物和过渡态的配分函数？事实上在计算稳定频率的时候，高斯不是已经利用其配分函数得到了统计热力学的相关数据吗？ 2. 1D hindered rotor是只什么？如何与速率常数的计算相关？ 问题比较棘手，还请大家提宝贵意见！十分感激！ |
