摘要:以壳聚糖、PHBV和冰醋酸为主原料,采用溶液共混法制备CTS和PHBV纯膜以及按CTS和PHBV的质量比为1/1、2/1和3/1的二元共混膜,通过TG、FT-IR和XRD等对各种膜系列进行了表征。结果表明,结晶时共混膜主要受PHBV影响,但结晶结构并没有发生变化,而CTS含量的增加可以提高共混膜的热稳定性。与此同时还研究了各系列膜的溶胀性能和溶血性能,发现共混膜的溶胀度随着PHBV含量的增加而逐渐降低,而两者以一定的比列共混可以很好的改善溶血性能,减少对血液细胞的破坏性。

The CTS/PHBV blend films at various wt ratios (1:1, 2:1 and 3:1), as well as neat CTS and PHBV films were prepared from chitosan, PHBV and glacial acetic acid by solution blending, and thoroughly characterized by TG, FT-IR and XRD. The results show that the properties of the blend films are mainly influenced by PHBV during crystallization, while the crystal structure does not change at all. Increasing the CTS content can improve the thermal stability of the blend films. Moreover, studies on the swelling and hemolytic behaviors of all films confirm that the swelling ratio decreases with the increase of the PHBV content for the blend films. At an optimum CTS/PHBV ratio, the blend film can effectively improve the hemolytic performance, and reduce the damage to the blood cells.
