刚投了Springer旗下的Experiment in fluids 编辑给了拒稿信，内容有点让人看不懂 已有3人参与

In your manuscript, you describe the results of force measurements on flexible pitching airfoils. Although your data look very interesting, we find that your manuscript is out of scope for Experiments in Fluids. Specifically, our readers would expect detailed measurements about velocity variations in the flow surrounding the airfoils and how those variations relate to changes in force components. For these reasons, we feel that your manuscript would be better suited to a journal focused on aerodynamics. Based on considerable experience, if your manuscript were to undergo the regular review process, we feel that the referees would come to the same conclusion.
