我的SCI文章一审有消息了，编辑部说需要修改，发了如下信息，请教各位这是什么意思，让我怎么修改呢，麻烦各位能否帮我翻译一下，谢谢啊 You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of the manuscript.
