| To better model LKB1 deficient tumors, we took advantage of the wellcharacterized adenoviral cre-induced NSCLC models initiated by a conditionally activated K-ras oncogene (Lox-Stop-Lox-KrasG12D, hereafter called Kras), combined with mice bearing floxed alleles of p53or Lkb1(Farago et al., 2012).
