12月10号北京签证被check DS2019表开始时间是1月2号 已有2人参与

请教大家， DS2019的开始时间是2015年1月2号，现在不清楚签证什么时候能下来，万一DS2019表过期了，就得重新改时间。 看有人发帖说2015年的DS2019表申请需要考托福。我这种情况也得考吗？太闹心了~~ 如果我赶在12月底之前让秘书再发一个DS2019是不是就不用考托福了？ 更新了时间的DS2019表，seivs码还是原来的码吗？ |

我收到学校的邮件，如下 To ensure a smooth transition through U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and to the Berkeley campus, you are required to notify Berkeley International Office of your arrival date as soon as possible by completing the steps below. In some cases, you may need an amended Form DS-2019 if you are arriving later than initially planned so you will not encounter problems at the U.S. port-of-entry. Step 1: Before Your Arrival in the U.S. Before your DS-2019 start date (but no later than 9 days after the start date on your DS-2019), logon at http://jvs.berkeley.edu/. Complete the information on that site. Please also contact your UC Berkeley host department to inform them of your arrival dates and U.S. residential address (if known). Step 2: After Your Arrival No later than 9 days after your DS-2019 start date, logon to http://jvs.berkeley.edu/ again to inform us of your actual date of arrival in the U.S. and your local, U.S. residential address. This can include a hotel or temporary residence. It cannot include a Post Office (P.O.) Box or Departmental address. The information you provide in the two steps above is required by the U.S. government; it is important that it be completed accurately and as early as possible. 说是不能晚于起始日期后9天到达美国，这个什么意思，DS2019有效期只到1月11号？ |
