日本申请居留证的时候，对方给了一句话，请教谁能看懂已有1人参与

If your certificate of scholarship is able to issue once, you don't need to send me original certificate. I need the information whether it is able to be issued more than once or not. I need the first scholarship certificate. If it is able to issue twice, please send paper document to following address by post. |
