RSC advances 投稿返回之后是修还是转投 已有3人参与

最近在RSC advances投了一篇文章，一个月下来主编发邮件说论文目前不适合发表，认为大修之后再考虑重审。也给出了两个审稿人意见，一个建议大修之后接受，一个不建议发表，现在不知道怎么办了？是修还是转投啊，如果修的话成功率高不高啊 这是主编Thank you for your submission to RSC Advances. We therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage.
