Open Postdoctoral/Research Fellow position Project description: Our lab is interested in cultivation of algae including photosynthesis model, removing/suppression of the green algae bloom in fresh water, and cytotoxicity analysis of the toxin algae, especially Micerocystis. Location: Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering in Chosun University, Gwangju, South Korea, offers exciting environment with excellent facilities and platform to conduct cutting-edge research. Application details: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a Ph.D. degree or someone finished Master degree in Biochemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related fields. Future candidate is expected to be proficiency in English and good presentation and written skills in English are required. The salary will be 20,000~25,000 USD per year depends on how he/she has ability on research work. Candidates should submit (1) cover letter including research interest and qualification (maxi 1 page), (2) CV, (3) list of publications, (4) recommendations and contact details of three references as one single pdf-file, via email to Dr. Soo-Kyung Choi at sookchoi@chosun.ac.kr. |
