请教一个实验设计的英文翻译

以下是两个审稿人的部分意见，都提到了 factorial design： 审稿人1：it is suggested for optimization purposes the use of a Sample Text which allows the full evaluation of single and combined effects of factors 审稿人2： The authors should consider some sort of Sample Text so to optimize the set-up 我是做参数优化， factorial design到底是指析因设计，还是正交设计、均匀设计等都属于 factorial design。（我的实验不太可能设计析因设计，因为全组合实验次数太多了） |
