荧光蛋白激发波长为280nm或者295nm?

| 我第一次投文章，然后审稿人提问：Why was an excitation wavelength of 280 nm used? Trp is normally excited at 295 nm. With 280 nm, Tyr also gets excited so the fluorescence emission observed cannot be attributed to Trp alone? 我该如何回答选择280nm为激发波长的原因？？很着急，有谁能帮帮我？如果能回答的，能否附上文献或书籍？谢谢各位了~~ |
