Summary of the Correction Process

The process of checking and annotating your proofs can be made entirely online, without the need to download files. You will find detailed step-by-step instructions to guide you through this process, plus instructions on how to use the electronic annotation tools, in the Additional Information section on the welcome page of the online proofing web site.

Corrections don’t have to be made in one sitting – you can click on ‘Publish Comments’ to save your annotations and log back in at a later stage to add more. When all corrections have been made and you are ready to send them on to the publisher, click on the ‘Finalize’ button at the top of the proof. Note that once the proof has been finalized, you will not be able to make any further corrections.

We ask all authors to annotate and finalize their proofs within 2 business days of the receipt of this email. Should this not be possible or should you encounter any problems or have further questions, please contact the Production Editor at APPjournal@wiley.com. Your article production ID is shown in the subject line of this message - please refer to it in all correspondence.
