[求助] 哪位大神会用mac做本地blast啊？？？求教啦！！！已有3人参与

本人刚用mac，实在不想装win7的双系统，但本地blast不知道怎么弄，有没有哪位知道怎么操作的，教教我，感激不尽啊！！！

it has nothing to do with format. The error message is "File is not accessible". Make sure you have the write permission to the path you are working at, e.g. use command "ls -l > 001.txt" which lists all files and outputs the result to the file called 001.txt. If you get the message "Permission denied" then you do not have the permission to create that file.

regarding output format, it is -outfmt parameter, more details can be found by using blastn -help command
