Journal of Communications邮箱投稿了一篇，编辑给回复一下内容是什么意思？ 已有7人参与

诸位大牛，有投过Journal of Communications杂志吗？我前两天投了一篇，今天收到编辑回信，以下内容，是要按照要求修改的意思嘛？我是邮箱投稿，而且我的论文只有5页，下面回信的要求好像是7-9页，是要改了重投吗？谢谢！ Dear ***， Thank you for your submission to JCM, Journal of Communications. Please take note of the following requirements with appropriate action: # Use JCM Template to well prepare your manuscript and submit the MS WORD file of the manuscript (otherwise the submission will be rejected); # The manuscript needs to proofread again, there are too many typos; too many errors or badly worded/constructed presentation are the most possible reason that a manuscript is rejected; # Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text, even after they have already been defined in the abstract. # Provide good-quality figures, diagrams, pictures, or photoes for publication; figures should have coordinate variables with units, texts in figures should be clearly visible (best 8pt in printed page); poor quality figures/tables are the most possible reason that a manuscript is rejected; # Formulate all formulas well by using MathType if possible: scalar variables are usually in italic while vectors/matrices in upright boldface; # Any mathematical variable/symbol should be in the same form whether it appears # All references should be formatted in accordance with the styles of the journal Template; # Develop the manuscript with comprehensive details (preferred length: 7~10 pages), such as * Comparison and analysis with literature * Simulation and or experiment results with analysis # More relevant references within recent 4 years. JCM is a journal which is indexed by SCOPUS and EI Compendex. It has dedicated itself to providing the best possible publication opportunity.
