摘要：头孢克肟侧链活性酯基本上是以头孢克肟酸、促进剂DM及亚磷酸三乙酯来作为原料进行合成的，这种方法的缺点是收率较低。而以三苯基膦替代亚磷酸三乙酯进行头孢克肟活性硫酯合成的文献报道却很少。本论文以三苯基膦替代亚磷酸三乙酯合成头孢克肟活性硫酯，探索该工艺的合成条件，降低成本，同时提高产品的收率及纯度。该工艺的研究具有一定的工业应用价值。 关键词：头孢克肟侧链活性酯；合成；头孢克肟酸；DM；三苯基膦 |
