[求助] 求助英国访问学者签证的签证表填写和单位回聘证明已有1人参与

在网上填签证表时，需要给出职称、收入、资产等信息。
请问是否需要在单位回聘证明中需要给出相应的职称、收入？
还要给出银行存款方面的资产证明？
月生活费、在英的花费是不是大致给个数就行？
另外关于其它护照和签证信息方面，使用过的因公护照和相关签证是否需要填写？
这些号码和日期都记不清了，不知道该怎么填？

返聘证明，仅供参考（已成功使用四次）
To whom it may concern,
This is to certify that Mr. XXX, born on December 21, 1979, is an associate professor of linguistics in School of Foreign Languages, XXX. He joined XXX in July 2002. Since then he has been working on research and teaching of translation in the institute. He is currently paid a salary of RMB 6,000 per month.

Mr. XXX has obtained one-year scholarship from China Scholarship Council (CSC) and will go to XXX University, UK to pursue his research as a visiting scholar in July 2014 for a period of 12 months. CSC will provide him with all necessary financial support.

The institute has approved his leave for a period of 12 months (from July 2014 to July 2015). We will retain his position during his stay in the UK and continue to employ him when he returns to China.

----------填表格时：
1、工资收入和返聘证明上一致；
2、存款和资金证明一致（如果只是一个人出国，用留服中心的资金证明即可）；
3、在英国的开支：600-800磅一个月即可
4、签证表格中关于有没有其他储蓄、不动产之类的，随便填填；
5、以前的出入境记录一定要提供，想办法查吧。
