采用双螺杆熔融共混法制备对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料。使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC),采用修正后的Avrami方程、Ozawa法和Mo法处理其非等温结晶过程,通过计算得出非等温结晶的动力学参数。结果表明:PTT/EVA/OMMT复合材料的结晶峰温度和动力学速率常数Zt伴着OMMT含量的提高而减小。半结晶时间t1/2随降温速率的增大而减小,Zt却随之增大,说明该体系的结晶速率随降温速率的提高而提高。

Composites of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and organic montmorillonite (OMMT) were prepared by melt blending in a two-screw extruder. The PTT/EVA/OMMT composites were subjected to differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The non-isothermal crystallization process of the PTT/EVA/OMMT composites was treated by the revised Avrami equation, Ozawa method and MO method, and its kinetic parameters were calculated out. The results showed that the crystallization peak temperature and the kinetic rate constant (Zt) of the PTT/EVA/OMMT composites decreased with the increase of the OMMT content. The half crystallization time (t1/2) decreased (while Zt increased) with the increase of the cooling rate, which demonstrated that the crystallization rate increased with the increase of the cooling rate.
